Die Burg Waldstein, auch Burg Alt-Waldstein genannt, ist eine in Deutschfeistritz in der Steiermark gelegene Burgruine, deren Ursprünge nicht festzustellen sind. Jutta, Witwe Leutolds von St Dionys (bei Bruck an der Mur), ist urkundlich als erste Besitzerin belegt (1152).
