This is not in fact a 'station site'! The East Kent Light Railway station/halt had in fact been several hundred yards to the NW from here. This image is at Buttsole on Lower Street (formerly the A256 Dover-Sandwich road, which now bypasses the village). The station had been on the ill-fated Col. St
