The Imam Ali Mosque (Arabic: جَامِع خَطْوَة الْإِمَام عَلِيّ), also known as the Old Mosque of Basra (مَسْجِد الْبَصْرَة الْقَدِيم) and as the Jami Khatwa ʿAli (جامع خطوة الإمام علي), is the first mosque that was built in the historical setting of Basra (located 12 kilometres (7.5 mi) west of the current city center), in the Basra Governorate of Iraq.
