Grade II Listed pumping station of 1850. The station was built by H.M. Commissioners of Sewers to pump water from Gayton fen and marsh into the Great River Eau. Originally powered by steam beam engine, probably replaced later by a single-cylinder horizontal steam engine by Robey of Lincoln, in 1945
