Die Untere Burg Kuchenheim ist der Rest einer ehemaligen Wasserburg am Erftmühlenbach im Euskirchener Stadtteil Kuchenheim im Kreis Euskirchen in Nordrhein-Westfalen. Die auf zwei Inseln angelegte Wasserburg direkt am Erftmühlenbach wurde erstmals 1482 schriftlich erwähnt.
