מחנה המעצר בלטרון היה מחנה מעצר שהוקם בלטרון על ידי שלטונות המנדט הבריטי בתחילת מלחמת העולם השנייה ואשר שימש לכליאת שבויי מלחמה גרמניים ואיטלקים וכן לכליאת אלפי תושבים של ארץ ישראל, יהודים וערבים. בתום המנדט הבריטי ננטש המחנה ונהרס בקרבות הקשים שהתנהלו במקום במלחמת העצמאות.
