מִגְדַּל גָּד הייתה עיר מקראית בשפלת יהודה, הנזכרת פעם אחת בתנ"ך, בתיאור ערי נחלת שבט יהודה באזור לכיש: ”צְנָן וַחֲדָשָׁה וּמִגְדַּל גָּד וְדִלְעָן וְהַמִּצְפֶּה וְיָקְתְאֵל לָכִישׁ וּבָצְקַת וְעֶגְלוֹן וְכַבּוֹן וְלַחְמָס וְכִתְלִישׁ וּגְדֵרוֹת בֵּית דָּגוֹן וְנַעֲמָה וּמַקֵּדָה עָרִים שֵׁשׁ עֶשְׂרֵה וְחַצְרֵיהֶן” (ספר יהושע, פרק ט"ו, פסוקים ל"ז–מ"א.).
