בית סוסין (בערבית بيت سوسين) היה כפר ערבי בגבול הרי יהודה ושפלת יהודה כ-17 קילומטרים דרומית מזרחית לרמלה וכשלושה קילומטרים דרומית ללטרון, בגובה 310 מטר מעל פני הים. הכפר היה שייך לנפת רמלה מחוז לוד (1945).
