The former Hartley's jam factory, mostly by James F. Doyle, 1886, but "sadly bashed about and partially destroyed". The engine house's fine octagonal chimney survives, as does the former dining hall at extreme left. Grade II listed. Mostly now looking disused, though the central section is used by
