Bovingerode (auch: Bovenrode) ist eine Wüstung in der heutigen Stadt Bad Harzburg am nördlichen Harzrand. Sie ist südlich der heutigen Landesstraße L 501 gelegen und befindet sich etwa 500 Meter östlich des heutigen städtischen Wohngebiets am Woldsberg im Schimmerwald.
