Buto (Ancient Greek: Βουτώ, Arabic: بوتو, Butu), Bouto, Butus (Ancient Greek: Βοῦτος, Boutos) or Butosus was a city that the Ancient Egyptians called Per-Wadjet. It was located 95 km east of Alexandria in the Nile Delta of Egypt.
