A dismantled railway in the New Forest, at the site of Holmsley station. A station platform still stands, to the left of the trackbed. The station closed in 1964, as part of the "Beeching Cuts". The trackbed is now an off-road cycle trail. Cycling is a popular leisure activity in the New Fores
