Die Carlshöfer Anstalten waren eine diakonische Einrichtung zur Betreuung von Menschen mit Epilepsie, geistigen und psychischen Beeinträchtigungen sowie von Obdachlosen und Alkoholikern im ostpreußischen Carlshof (polnisch Karolewo) bei Rastenburg (Kętrzyn). Sie wurden von 1882/83 bis 1940 betrieben.
