While the BCDR line to Holywood opened in 1848, the workshops were probably built at a later date. They were retained by NIR after the station closed, but demolished 1994/95 to make way for the M3 motorway. The 80-class set is 738+88, sent to the Bangor line in the early days of 1976 to give commute
