Villa, in 1909 gebouwd in overgangsarchitectuur en in 1912 uitgebreid en in gebruik genomen als klooster voor de zusters Franciscanessen. Aan de westzijde werd de kapel aangebouwd. De voorgevel van de villa en de kapel ligt evenwijdig aan de straat.
